This City Is Getting Incredibly Cheap
Bangkok, Thailand, is now cheaper than it was half a decade ago.
In fact, you can now rent a beautiful condo for less than $500 per month. Officially making housing in this city of 10 million inhabitants cheaper than many Latin American cities that are a fraction of the size.

In terms of lifestyle and what the city has to offer, most people probably have a negative connotation of Bangkok due to movies like The Hangover Part II. But that’s a bit like watching Death Wish 3 and concluding that New York City is teeming with post-apocalyptic biker gangs.
In reality, Bangkok is a wonderful, modern city.
The city has a clean and efficient metro system. And at night, when the scorching hot temperatures die down a little, Bangkok is fairly walkable.
