I’m writing this article because I recently visited Argentina. And on my first day there, I almost freaked out. Everything was insanely expensive.

At least by the official Dollar-to-Peso exchange rate.

In reality, however, Argentina has three exchange rates. Two of which make the country incredibly affordable for tourists.

1. The official Dollar-to-Peso rate. This is $1 USD to 350 Pesos…
