What Does Camden Property Trust Do?
Camden Property Trust owns 172 large apartment complexes containing 58,634 total units. Unlike certain REITs which only focus on one state or city, Camden’s buildings are spread across the country.
Camden’s units are almost all located in the lower half of the United States, with buildings in places like Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, and Arizona. These are some of the fastest-growing states. And as a result, Camden’s portfolio enjoys an average occupancy rate of 95%.
