Beat Inflation By Owning Warehouses

Manufacturing is already a major industry within the United States.

Yet, domestic industrial stocks are consistently overlooked. And this creates some interesting buying opportunities for dividend investors who want to own inexpensive, quality businesses.

Case in point, First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. ($FR).

This is an industrial stock with phenomenal dividend growth and market-beating performance.

First Industrial just hiked their dividend by over 20% this February.

And, despite a massive sell-off over the past month, First Industrial is still outperforming the S&P 500 over the long-term.

First Industrial Realty Trust owns and operates 424 industrial properties across the United States. These range from warehouses and distribution centers, to light industrial manufacturing facilities.
