The Weeknd is back in the Billboard Top 5 with a remix of “Die For You” — a song he originally released 7 years ago.

In 2022, Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill” peaked at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 — 37 years after its original release.

Don’t overlook the value of back-end content.

Many of your biggest hits come months — or even years — after you’ve published them. Don’t give up if it feels like you’re running in place. Much of your success comes off back-end content that slowly gains traction.

My YouTube channel generates about 125,000 views per day.

Most of these views aren’t coming from new videos.

They’re coming from content that was published months ago, and is established in the YouTube search algorithm.
